Can OER Ship My Order COD?

COD orders are gladly accepted on all normal ground shipments, excluding truck freight orders.

Form of Payment

OER® ships distributor orders COD. Company checks are accepted for COD orders once the distributor's credit application has been approved and verified; this approval does not establish an open credit account. Distributors without company-check privileges must pay by certified check, cashier's check, money order, or another method approved by OER®.

For company-check COD orders shipped in multiple cartons, OER® generally issues one COD tag per order.

Distributors may prepay orders by major credit card to avoid COD fees. A 3% processing fee applies to orders paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Returned checks are subject to a 10% service charge, with a minimum charge of $50.00, plus interest of 2.5% per month.
