How Do I Return A Damaged Product Shipment?

Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise right away.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Shortages and Shipping Damage: Distributors must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortage should be documented and noted on the delivery receipt or truck freight bill of lading before signing.
Shortages, visible damage, and concealed damage must be reported to OER® Customer Service within three (3) days of delivery. Shortage claims received after this period will not be accepted, and damage claims received after this period may be denied. Contact Customer Service immediately to initiate a claim and obtain instructions.
Before reporting a shortage, check all cartons and packaging thoroughly, as smaller items may be packed inside other products or packaging for protection and shipping efficiency.

Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization from OER® Customer Service and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the original invoice number must be provided. Returns without an RMA may be refused. All authorized returns are subject to OER® inspection and approval.
