OER® will charge sales tax on all orders unless the appropriate information for tax exemption is provided by the distributor. Drop ship orders will be subject to all state sales taxes if the distributor does not provide the appropriate tax exemption information for any state requiring sales tax. State sales tax is applied to products as well as shipping fees, handling fees, COD fees, and rush fees.
