Prices, specifications, and product availability are subject to change without notice, and OER® may discontinue products at any time. Current distributor pricing is available at www.oerparts.com or through an EDI price feed; contact your OER® sales representative for EDI access.

OER® makes reasonable efforts to maintain inventory and to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and applications are accurate, but does not guarantee product availability and is not responsible for catalog errors or omissions.

OER® reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or other information in its catalogs, website, price schedules, or order confirmations. Orders affected by an error may be corrected or canceled before shipment, with notice to the distributor.

Backorders

Distributor backorders under $50.00 may be canceled at OER®'s discretion, and backorders exceeding sixty (60) days may also be canceled. Distributors may request permanent cancellation of future backorders by contacting their sales representative.

Backorder pricing is not guaranteed and may change before shipment. OER® will make reasonable efforts to notify distributors of pricing changes before releasing backordered merchandise.

Backorders are normally shipped by ground service unless otherwise requested.
